    1. Introduction The experimental animal is used for scientific research, disease diagnosis, vaccine and blood serum products, as well as any other medicine management. The experimental animal is very important for scientific research, it is named as live reagent. Sterile chicken and SPF chicken are experimental material for Virology, nutrition, pathological study, they are indispensable for biological products production and inspection quarantine.

    6. Installation and Operation (1). Installation a) Remove package; b) Check the machine and make sure no damage; c) Count the accessories and files by referring to packing list; d) Move the machine to installation place; e) Take depressurization type water tank from Isolator inner chamber, adjust water level control knob according to water using requirement, then have the cover on and put water tank in the top of machine(refer to pic 1).

Operation a) Connect power supply (220V±10%,50Hz), turn on power button, the machine is now in stand-by status and the digital display shows inner chamber temperature and humidity; b) Turn on fan blower and adjust fan blower (refer to 5.4) to make the pressure gauge between 100Pa-150Pa.

Detect the voltage of Heating lamp-ONE by mulitimeter, if there is voltage reading in multimeter, the heating lamp-ONE is broken and should be replaced by a new one.
