TROUBLESHOOTING

If your QALM device is not working properly, please check the following:
Problem
The white LEDs
do not turn on
No sensation
Sudden change
in sensation
If the above review has failed to resolve your problem, or to report
unexpected operation or events or provide feedback call our UK
distributor, Tower Health, for advice.
Contact Tower Health's dealership customer service on 0800 953 1666.
Staff are trained to assist you with most issues you may have
experienced, without the need to send your product in for service.
European Medical Device Regulation requires that any serious incident
that has occurred in relation to this device should be reported to the
manufacturer and the competent authority in your country. This can

Possible causes
Flat battery.
Intensity
is
not
enough.
If you disconnect and re-
connect a few minutes
later, the signal should feel
a lot stronger.
Solution
Charge battery. See section
6.1.

Increase strength.
Always return strength to zero
or turn the device off before
removing the device from the
forehead.
