When using indoor illumination such as a
fluorescent lamp or a floor lamp, make sure that
such illumination is positioned at least one meter
away from the plotter.

Insuffcent dstance may cause the sensors to malfuncton
and prevent correct detecton of the loaded medum.
Before cutting a medium when you are uncertain
of its optimum cutting conditions, run a test cut in
advance.

A cuttng operaton based on unsutably specfed cuttng
condtons wll place a heavy load on the blade and plotter,
causng the blade to break or the plotter to break down.
Safety Precautions
If an edge of the loaded medium comes loose,
secure it with drafting tape or a similar means.
•
The cutter's blade may break f ts tp gets caught on a loose
edge of the medum.
