(CO: Speed actual value, Smoothed with p0045) of respective hoist. Note the
value of r63.1 while and after the brakes are applied or released, set p21963
slightly above this value to avoid false alarm during regular operation.

Brief description
The BrakeTest block is used to test the holding capacity of brakes. This function
enables the user to determine the status of the brakes.
Mode of operation
When this function is enabled, brakes remain in closed state and a parameterized
amount of torque is developed in the motor for a set time, which forces a turning
moment against the brakes. With this, holding capacity of the brakes is challenged
up to the limits of its braking torque. Brake test is considered passed if there is no
motion. If the motor spins, the brake test is considered failed, and preventative
maintenance should be carried out for brakes to function as intended.
BrakeTest should be carried out utilizing a data set that is separate from the
operational data set. The torque developed during the brake test will depend on the
values set in the brake test data set.
