Symptom
The camera of F-Mark2 can not
be detected.
The media does not reach to the
Pinch Roller of CE7000-40 when
media is inserted to CE7000-40.
Check items
The USB cable of the camera is
not connected securely.
The camera other than F-Mark2
camera is connected to the
operation computer.
The camera privacy setting on
the operation computer is set to
OFF.
The value of "Insertion" in the
iMark Plus software is not enough
for insertion position of media to
be used.

Solutions
Check that the USB cable of
camera is connected correctly.
If the external camera is
connected,disconnect the
camera other than F-Mark2
camera from the operation
computer.
If the internal camera enabled on
the operation computer, disable
the internal camera.
Refer to "Notice on using the
iMark Plus software".
Set the camera privacy setting of
the operation computer is set to
ON. Refer to "Notice on using the
iMark Plus software" .
Adjust the value of "Insertion".
Input units of "Insertion" is
0.1 mm,
therefore if you want to change
the insertion position 1 mm,
input 10 into the "Insertion".
After changing the type of media
to be used, adjust the value of
"Insertion" to stable insert the
media into CE7000-40.
