• Rivestimento esterno in lamiera verniciata e rivestimento interno in acciaio inox (A - Fig. 3).
• Porta forno con vetro, in acciaio inox (B).
• Scarico fumi e particolari interni in acciaio inox (C).
• Isolamento forno e porte in lana di roccia evaporata e fibra di ceramica ad alta densità.
• Piano di cottura in piastra refrattaria (D) adatta al contatto con gli alimenti.
• Riscaldamento a due zone: una per la suola, una per la volta, con unico bruciatore per l'in-
teraccensione.
• Comandi tripli (E) per: intercettazione generale e pilota, bruciatori suola, bruciatori volta.
• Bruciatori tubolari in acciaio inox (F).

la mise à feu intermédiaire.

• Heizung in zwei Zonen: eine für die Sohle, eine für das Gewölbe, mit einem einzigen Bren-
ner zur wechselseitigen Einschaltung.
• Dreifache Steuerbefehle (E) für: Sperrung allgemein und Zündbrenner, Brenner Sohle,
Brenner Gewölbe.
• Rohrförmige Brenner in rostfreiem Stahl (F).
