ERROR_I_OFFSET
Current measurement error, contacts on the battery pack may be damaged
Remove the battery pack and check the contacts. If the contacts are OK,
reinsert the battery pack and restart the system. Please contact your spe-
cialist dealer (see Point 9.5) if the contacts on the battery pack are visibly
damaged or the error continues to occur.
ERROR_FAST_OVER_VOLTAGE
Brief overvoltage in the intermediate circuit, possibly due to excessive
wheel speed or damaged contacts on the battery pack.
Remove the battery pack and check the contacts. If the contacts are OK,
reinsert the battery pack and restart the system. Please contact your spe-
cialist dealer (see Point 9.5) if the contacts on the battery pack are visibly
damaged or the error continues to occur.
ERROR_SLOW_OVER_VOLTAGE
Permanent overvoltage in the intermediate circuit.
Restart the system. Please contact your specialist dealer (see Point 9.5) if
the error continues to occur.
ERROR_FAST_UNDER_VOLTAGE
Brief undervoltage in the intermediate circuit, battery pack possibly took
weak or contacts damaged.
Remove the battery pack and check the contacts. Reinsert the recharge-
able battery pack and restart the system. If the error still occurs, charge the
battery pack, reinsert it and restart the system. Please contact your spe-
cialist dealer (see Point 9.5) if the contacts on the battery pack are visibly
damaged or the error continues to occur.
ERROR_SLOW_UNDER_VOLTAGE
Permanent undervoltage in the intermediate circuit, rechargeable battery
pack possibly drained.
Charge the battery pack, reinsert and restart the system. Please contact
your specialist dealer (see Point 9.5) if the error continues to occur.
ERROR_OVER_TEMP_MOTOR
Motor overheated
Leave the motor to cool down. Restart the system. Please contact your specialist
dealer (see Point 9.5) if the error continues to occur after approx. 20 minutes.
ERROR_OVER_TEMP_CONTROLLER
Motor control overheated
Leave the motor control to cool down. Restart the system. Please contact
your specialist dealer (see Point 9.5) if the error continues to occur after
approx. 20 minutes.
