INSTALLING THE TCI UNIT

1. Install:
9 TCI unit
9 TCI unit bolts
TCI unit bolt:
Refer to "TIGHTENING TORQUES"
in the Supplementary service
manual.
2. Measure:
9 TCI unit air gap
Out of specification → Adjust.
Feeler gauge set:
YU-26900-9
Thickness gauge:
90890-03180
TCI unit air gap:
Refer to "SPECIFICATIONS" in
the Supplementary service
manual.
3. Adjust:
9 TCI unit air gap
Adjustment steps:
a. Loosen the TCI unit bolts 1
b. Adjust the TCI unit air gap
Feeler gauge set:
YU-26900-9
Thickness gauge:
90890-03180
c. Tighten the TCI unit bolts 1
TCI unit bolt:
Refer to "TIGHTENING TORQUES"
in the Supplementary service
manual.
