Caution! Before beginning the disassembly make sure of the following:
• Negative battery terminal is disconnected.
• Parking brake is ON.
• Gear shifter is set to a lower gear.
Accessing 12V Power
1. Preform the following:
A. Place emergency brake ON.
B. Shift to neutral / lower gear.
2. Using a panel removal too, unclip
the surrounding the gear shifter
pocket panel. Once removed, set
the panel aside for the preparation
steps.
3. Remove the two screws located
under the climate controls.
