ROCKER ARM I.D.
Measure the rocker arm I.D.
STANDARD: 6.000 – 6.030 mm (0.2362 – 0.2374 in)
SERVICE LIMIT:
If the measurement is more than the service limit, replace the
rocker arm.
ROCKER ARM SHAFT BEARING I.D.
Measure the rocker arm shaft bearing I.D.
STANDARD: 6.000 – 6.018 mm (0.2362 – 0.2369 in)
SERVICE LIMIT:
If the measurement is more than the service limit, replace the
cylinder.
ROCKER ARM SHAFT O.D.
Measure the rocker arm shaft O.D.
STANDARD: 5.960 – 5.990 mm (0.2346 – 0.2358 in)
SERVICE LIMIT:
If the measurement is less than the service limit, replace the rocker
arm shaft.
CYLINDER SLEEVE I.D.
Measure and record the cylinder I.D. at three levels in both the "X"
axis (perpendicular to the crankshaft) and the "Y" axis (parallel to
the crankshaft). Take the maximum reading to determine the
cylinder wear and taper.
STANDARD: 66.000 – 66.015 mm (2.5984 – 2.5990 in)
SERVICE LIMIT:
If the measurement is more than the service limit, replace the
cylinder.
Do not hone the cylinder.
