5. Wrap the tips of the needle-nose pliers with 1 to 2 rounds
of duct tape to prevent damage to the new spring during
installation.
6. Install the clutch spring by lifting the spring hook onto the
upper anchor point using the needle-nose pliers.
Do not clamp or contact the spring coils during installation.
Be careful not to damage or bend the spring.
7. Attach the Roto-Stop cable to the ball plate.
8. Attach the Roto-Stop cable to the throttle control, and
adjust the blade control lever free play
9. Install the blades, rear scroll

10.Be sure the curved washers securing the blades are
installed correctly.
