Turn operating bush (arrow) anticlockwise
with screw driver (top view).
As the operating cams are secured with
thread locker Loctite 242 there is an
initial breakaway torque when turning the
operating bush.
Important:

Only readjust by max. 1 turn in
case of leakage!
Both operating cams are connected
to each other by the thread and adjust
by the same value. The valve stroke is
defi ned by GEMÜ via the distance of the
cams to each other. Only readjust the
valve in case of leakage!
4.
After adjusting the operating cams
secure the thread with Loctite 242 again.
5.
Connect voltage and check the valve for
leaks.
6.
Replace the grey cover (black arrow).
Tighten four screws (grey arrows)
diagonally (max. 1 Nm).

in damp conditions
The following information is intended to help
when installing and operating the GEMÜ
S680 SilverLine
Lay cables and pipework so that

condensate and rain water that remains
on the pipework / cables cannot enter the
cable gland of the M12 plug.
Check that the cable gland of the M12
G
plug is mechanically secured.
Do not clean the GEMÜ S680
SilverLine
with a high pressure
®
cleaning device under any
circumstances!
The protection class IP65 is not
®
suffi cient for this.
