HAP-P Lubricator
Manual, One Shot
General
Lubricator includes a spring return piston pump and is operated by pushing a lever which raises a
piston and compresses a spring, discharging oil into the system. Discharge volume and pressure are
independent of oil viscosity.
Operation
Lubricator includes a spring return piston pump in a plastic reservoir. Pulling up slowly on the lever
handle to the stop fi lls the cylinder with a predetermined volume of oil. Upon release, spring pressure
discharges the oil into the system and returns the handle to the original position. Lubricator must be
operated at intervals recommended by machine manufacturer.

Notes Regarding Use
1. Lubricator inlet fi lter should be inspected periodically and cleaned/replaced as required.
To install replacement, disconnect discharge tubing and remove cylinder cap.
2. Discharge pressure will decrease as discharge volume decreases and the number of meter units
in the system increases.
