V5 Lubricator Assemblies
Automatic Continuous
Operation
The V5 Lubricator assemblies consist of a reservoir, low level switch, motor-driven gear pump, and
threaded return port or return filter. Pump also includes a built-in flow bypass valve. (Constant
volume) The fully automatic lubricating system is preset to max discharge from the factory.
Discharge volume may be adjusted by turning the bypass valve counter-clockwise to reduce.

Discharge Adjustment
The V5 Lubricator is fitted with a flow bypass valve(Constant volume). Pressure is limited internally to
130 psi by a relief valve (Some models limited to 200 psi). See page 23 for details.
System & Limitations
Use Type C control units. Viscosity range is 20 to 1500 cSt at operating temperature.
