Turn muffler 1 counterclock-
wise until it rests on passenger
footpeg bracket.
Install washer 2 and screw 3.
z
Muffler on footpeg
bracket
14 lb/ft (19 Nm)
Slide clamp 1 as far forward
as possible and position it with
notch in nose (arrow).
Tighten clamp.
Clamp on muffler and
exhaust manifold
16 lb/ft (22 Nm)
Lay on muffler cover 3.
Install screws 1 at front with
washer 2.
