Parts are located throughout the shipping carton, including underneath the grill. Inspect the grill, parts, and hardware blister pack
after removing from the protective shipping carton. Discard all packaging materials from inside and outside of the grill before
assembly, then review and inspect all parts by referencing the parts list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to
assemble. Shipping damage is not covered under warranty. Contact your dealer or Pit Boss® Customer Service for parts: Monday

IMPORTANT: To ease installation, using two people is helpful (but not necessary) when assembling this unit.
Tools required for assembly: screwdriver, wrench and level. Tools not included.
IMPORTANT: It is advised to read each step entirely before starting assembly on instructions. Do not tighten screws
completely until all screws for that step have been installed. Hardware combination involving a locking washer and
washer should be installed with the locking washer closest to the head of the screw.

1. MOUNTING THE WHEELS TO THE LEGS

Parts Required:
2 x Leg with Wheel Axle (#15)
2 x Wheel (#22)
2 x Lock Nut (#D)
2 x Washer (#E)
Installation:
• Slide a wheel onto each leg with wheel axle. Secure using a washer
and a lock nut. Spin each wheel to ensure the wheels turn freely.

2. MOUNTING THE LEGS TO MAIN BARREL

Main Barrel / Hopper Assembly (#9)

Leg with Wheel Axle (#15)
2 x
2 x Stationary Leg (#14)
2 x Front Shelf Supports (#11)
16 x Screw (#A)
16 x Locking Washer (#B)
16 x Washer (#C)
Installation:
• Place a piece of cardboard on the floor to prevent scratching the
unit. Lay the main barrel on its side, hopper end pointed upward, on
the cardboard.
• Mount one leg with wheel to the floor end of the back of main barrel
using four screws, locking washers, and washers, through the four
