Recirculation slotted holes adjustment

To adjust the fume recirculation slot 4), it is necessary to:
Loosen the screws 2) (Fi g. 18) and slightly turn the flame

tube 3). The required opening position is ind icated in
Tab. A, page 16. Use the template 5) supplied to adjust the
combustion head, as shown in Fig. 18.
When the adjustment is completed, tighten the three screws

2) with a torque no higher than 0.8 Nm.
The opening position of the slots 4) is indicative.
In good flame stability conditions, open the slots
4) wider to reduce NOx further.
WARNING In unstable conditions, slowly close the slots 4).
8.7

Electrodes adjustment

The position of the electrodes cannot be regulat-
ed.
In case of failure, check that the measurements as
shown on the figure are respected.
