Product Safety Information
Intended Use:
This Air Impact Wrench is designed to remove threaded fasteners and to partially tighten and seat a threaded fastener in preparation
for manually tightening to the recommended torque using a calibrated torque wrench.
Do not use this tool for fi nal tightening of threaded fasteners. The reduced torque in the forward direction is only intended to seat the
fastener in preparation for fi nal torquing. Always manually torque the fasteners to the recommended torque after using this tool.

Power Management System

The power management system on this model can not be adjusted by the user. It is locked at the factory to always provide full power in reverse
and reduced power in forward.

Installation and Lubrication

Size air supply line to ensure tool's maximum operating pressure (PMAX) at tool inlet. Drain condensate from valve(s) at low point(s) of piping,
air fi lter and compressor tank daily. Install a properly sized Safety Air Fuse upstream of hose and use an anti-whip device across any hose
coupling without internal shut-off , to prevent hose whipping if a hose fails or coupling disconnects. See drawing 47132782 and table on page 2.
Maintenance frequency is shown in circular arrow and defi ned as h=hours, d=days, and m=months of actual use. Items identifi ed as:

Parts and Maintenance

When the life of the tool has expired, it is recommended that the tool be disassembled, degreased and parts be separated by material so that
they can be recycled.
