Combustion head adjustment

The adjustment of the combustion head varies depending on the
burner output. Do the following to adjust it:
 turn the adjustment screw 2)(Fig. 11) clockwise or anti-clock-
wise until the notch on the regulating rod 3)(Fig. 11) lines up
with the outer surface of the nozzle-holder assembly 1)(Fig.
11).
 In the example, the regulating rod 3) is set at notch 2; this
means that the burner is regulated for an output of 4.9 Kg/h
with the pump pressure at 12 bar and with the use of a noz-
zle of 1.25 GPH, as indicated in Tab. G page 20.

Air damper adjustment

To regulate the air damper, do the following:
 Loosen the nut 5)(Fig. 11) and calibrate the damper using
the screw 4)(Fig. 11).
 When the adjustment is completed screw in the nut 5) again.
For burners BGK1 and BGK3:
when the burner shuts down the air damper automatically closes,
up to a max. flue depression of 0.5 mbar.
For the burner BGK2:
when the burner stops the air damper remains open.
