Possible cause and remedy
The MEM-122/MEM-126 board may be defective or have connection failure.
The error check program (xram uty) did not operate correctly.
Or the MEM-122/MEM-126 board may be defective.

The heat sink on the MEM-122/MEM-126 board may not be installed correctly.
Or it may be used in the circumstance where the exhaust or intake surface is
