Insufficient suction scavenger
flow setting
PEEP valve active
Inverse I:E ratios
Excessive suction scavenger
flow
Frequency too high for selected
tidal volume
Improperly adjusted ventilator
relief valve
Breathing system leak
Low oxygen supply pressure
Absorber manual/ automatic
selector valve in BAG position
Inspiratory flow control setting
on ventilator too low
Frequency too high

REMEDY
Contact an authorized
representative of DrägerService.
Increase suction scavenger flow
valve.
Decrease PEEP valve setting.
Reset ratios.
Reduce suction scavenger flow
rate.
Decrease frequency.
Increase expiratory phase time.
Contact an authorized
representative of DrägerService.
Repair leak.
Provide sufficient oxygen supply
pressure.
Place selector valve in AUTO
position.
Increase inspiratory flow control
setting.
Decrease frequency.
