Maintenance and care
VACUUM/PETROL ENGINE

Only persons with the appropriate knowledge and
ability are allowed to repair the device

Disassemble filter cap.

ELECTRICS

After 25 operating hours
All 50 operating hours
●
Check engine oil level (see Honda operating instructions)
●
Clean air filter and blower (see fig. 1-3).
●
Control and tighten all screws and connection
●
Grease all joints, bolts, guidance's.
●
Grease all grease nipple every month
●
Oil change according to manufacturer data (HONDA) replacement
(note the specifications).
●
Check of all the suspension parts, bolts and straps. Check for
corrosion and safety by an expert. (=> BGR 500)

Check seal and renew when
damaged.
Maintenance work
Control all electrical connections and/or retighten (the implementation is only
allowed by an expert)
●
Check all fuses (if existing).
●
Check the electric cabeling for breaks and abrasion (if necessary replace it
(only qualified personal)).
●
Before the device is used again, it has to be checked
by an expert.
Maintenance work

Remove Filter and clean
(compressed air), when necessary
renew
●
ATTENTION!
Clean filter daily with
compressed air. Do not hit filter
cartridge against any object!!!
Exchange in case of much dirt.
