GREASE
To be carried out weekly, if the lift truck has been operated for less than 50 hours during the week.
In the event of prolonged use in an extremely dusty or oxidizing atmosphere, reduce this interval to every 10 hours of service or every day.
- Clean, then lubricate the following points with grease (
REAR AXLE
MC 18-2
• 1 - Swivel pin lubricators (2 lubricators).
• 2 - Steering rod lubricators (4 lubricators).
• MC 18 -4
• 3 - Lubricators of the pivot of wheel motor (4 lubricators).
• 4 - Steering rod lubricators (4 lubricators).
MAST
• 5 - Articulation axles at the foot of the mast (2 lubricators).
• 6 - Tilt cylinder foot axles (2 lubricators).
• 7 - Tilt cylinder head axles (2 lubricators).
CAB DOORS (OPTION)
• 8 - Cab door articulation axles (8 lubricators).
General greasing
IMPORTANT
LUBRICANTS AND FUEL) and remove the surplus of grease.
