Lift lever and move seat. Then release
lever and move seat further so that the
catch engages.
Warning

2 – – A A djusting b b ackrest
Take weight off backrest and turn hand-
wheel (on inner side of seat).

effective.

3 – – R R eleasing b b ackrest
Lift the lever and move the backrest for-
ward.
Warning

backrest l l ock i i s e e ngaged w w hen t t he
vehicle i i s m m oving!
3 – – E E asy-Entry f f unction*
This function makes it easier to gain
access to the rear seats of the vehicle.
Pull the lever up and push the back rest
forwards. At the same time the surface of
the seat lifts slightly and moves forward.
