• Rotate the control lever (M2) downward until the pressing
plate (M7) arrives near the edge of the drum.

• Stop the descent of the hoist by turning the control lever
(M2) to the intermediate position.

• Center the drum (M5) correctly on the plate (M8) so that it is
aligned with the pressing plate (M7).
• Lock the clamps (M6) to secure the drum (M5).

The rod (M9) of the vent valve must not be completely
unscrewed.

Grease the pressing plate gasket (M7) and the internal surface
of the drum.
Close the relief valve (M9) located on the pressing plate (M7).
