So this module does not support process interrupts, the diagnostics data serve for infor-
mation about this module.
DS - Record set for access via CPU, PROFIBUS and PROFINET. The access happens
by DS 01h. Additionally the first 4 bytes may be accessed by DS 00h.
IX - Index for access via CANopen. The access happens by IX 2F01h. Additionally the
first 4 bytes may be accessed by IX 2F00h.
SX - Subindex for access via EtherCAT with Index 5005h.
