OPERATION MANUAL Postmaster - 6000 Introduction This manual is made for the users of the Postmaster - 6000. The purpose of this manual is to give guidelines to operators and administrators using the Postmaster - 6000. In this manual you find amongst others information about safety, test procedures and how to operate the system.
Note that some of the components are supplied by third party suppliers and will have their own manuals and instructions. If not so supplied to you during the delivery and/or installation of the MSA- 6000 please contact your Neopost supplier immediately. Typical use Only use the machine in a legal and safe manner.

Please Note: We recommend that users of this machine read the safety and operating instruction(s) before use of the postmaster 6000 and its components. Before the use of the MSA-6000 the following steps need to be taken in order to correctly start-up the system.

It will be saved with time, date, rate, company number, price and weight groups. In the folder Transactions, the transactions can be reviewed. Remove gently the jammed envelopes respecting the direction of the paper circuit. If the jammed envelopes can´t be removed, perform the following: Hold the handle opened and push on the inside lever to unlock the base drawer.

OPERATION MANUAL Postmaster - 6000 The printing system uses an ink jet technology. The ink container is in the printing base and contains the ink required to print the machine operations. The ink tank is specific to the base of the system in which it is installed. Never attempt to install it in another mailing system.

For maximum efficiency of the machine, clean it once a month, or whenever necessary. If the filter is too dirty, you can order another contact the Neopost support. Open the water filter drawer by pulling it towards you. Pull the water filter vertically to disengage it.
