Verify that the disconnect is in the "COUPLED"
position by looking at the internal decoupling
mechanism inside the CS-1A Switch Operator.
See Figure 67 and 68. If the switch operator is
"DECOUPLED," manually operate the switch
operator to bring it into the same position as the
disconnect (open or closed). See Figure 68. For
instructions on coupling the switch operator,
refer to Step 51.
