4. TRANSPORT AND STORAGE

DANGER!
Always consider the total weight when selecting the load attachment gear. If required, use edge protectors.
Never transport magnetic chucks with magnetic lifting equipment.
After use, the magnet must be switched off immediately. For extended storage periods, the magnetic chucks
must be protected against corrosion with the appropriate means.
4 TRANSPORT AND STORAGE
Risk of crushing!
There is a risk of crushing limbs from tipping over or falling of the magnets
during loading, unloading and installation of the circular magnets.
Persons may only be present outside of the hazard area. Do not stand
under suspended loads!
The magnetic chucks must be loaded and unloaded using suitable
transport equipment (e.g. pallet or support frame).
Secure the magnetic chucks against falling or tipping over.
When lifting the magnetic chucks, only use suitable and approved
lifting gear and slings which are designed for the weight of the
magnetic chucks.
Use the lifting threads on the larger pole plates.
Do not use any magnetic lifting devices!
