Clean Encoder Strip w/ Cleaning Fluid & Distilled Water
Method 1 (Plastic Encoder Strip)

3) With a dry lint free wipe, wipe
off the encoder strip; repeat
until dry.
4) Once dry, check the encoder
strip for scratches and stains
while looking at the strip
under a light.
