The soapstone and ceramic panels must be handled with extreme care, as the corners and edges are very fragile.   • Page 13 Stoves are shipped from the factory with a 1 mm gap between the side plates. This gap can be adjusted using screws (4 on the SL 80 and 6 on the SL 80XL) to match the space between cladding panels C and D. Remove the air adjustment lever before installing the cladding.
