Returning a phone

If a CaptionCall phone is no longer in
use, please return it to us at no cost. This
equipment can often be used again by other
eligible users. It can't help anyone if it ends
up in a landfill (or even a yard sale, since it
can't be activated without an account). Help
someone else stay connected to life!
Return by FedEx
Securely pack the phone in its original box,
or use a box of your own. Use the provided
pre-paid label in the pocket of this guide and
and return via FedEx. To find the nearest
drop-off location, call 1-800-GO-FEDEX
(800-463-3339).
