Network settings
Wired network
If you have a wired network, your network
settings will be automatically assigned. Do not
change any of these settings without technical
knowledge. Instead, check to make sure your
Ethernet cable is securely attached to the
Ethernet Port on the bottom of the phone.
Check that the other end of the Ethernet cable
is securely attached to your modem. If you still
have trouble, CaptionCall Support is happy to
