Note: The CaptionCall built-in voice message system cannot
record an incoming message while you are using the CaptionCall
phone. The caller will get a busy signal. Some people choose to
use their provider voicemail for this reason.

When you can't take a call, CaptionCall will
caption the voice messages people leave.
Set up Voice Messages
You can choose to have the CaptionCall phone
record audio and captioned messages using
its built-in answering system. You can also get
captions of voice messages from your phone
provider's voicemail or your own standalone
answering machine. To choose your voice
message system, follow these steps:
1. Touch Settings. Scroll to touch Voice
Messages under the SYSTEM settings.
2. Touch the type of voice message system you
want to use.
If using Provider Voicemail, enter the access
number you call to get your messages. Your
own answering machine will operate as usual.
