Diagnostics screen
If you have technical knowledge or assistance,
you will find helpful network information on the
Diagnostics screen.
1. Touch Settings. Under NETWORK, touch
Diagnostics.
2. You will see the current network status
of the phone. A red X indicates a failure.
Touch the DETAILS button for more
information. If you are not sure what to do,
