Get voice Messages
1. Push the Voice Messages button next to the
dial pad.
2. Select a voice message by touching it on
the list. You'll hear the message and see its
captions on the touchscreen.
If you're using your own standalone
answering machine, push the Voice Messages
button, then pick up the handset and hold
it next to your answering machine. Play the
message on your answering machine. A
captioning agent will transcribe the message
onto the touchscreen. There may be a slight
delay before captions begin. You can save
message captions just like you would any
captioned call.
