(4) Installation of the Power Board (01-370)

(a) Apply a layer of adhesive material (M38B) on one end of the three tie rods (01-440).
(b) Install two nuts similar to (01-300) on the other end of the tie rods (01-440).
(c) Engage by hand the tie-rods (01-440) in the appropriate holes of the equipped housing
assembly (01-640).
CAUTION: IF THE HOLES IN THE OUTER REAR FLANGE (01-560) ARE OPENED UP TO
(d) Adjust the length of the tie rods (01-440) at 66 mm (2.598 in).
(e) Remove the nuts from the tie rods.
(f) For PNR 00001059 Amdt B
1 Attach the grommet (01-240) to the drain (01-430A) with two screws (01-250) and
two washers (01-260).
2 Torque the screws (01-250) to the specified value (Ref. TASK 21-22-91-820-802-A01).
3 Put the power board (01-370) and the six insulators (01-420) in position in the
drain (01-430A).
NOTE: Put all the wires of the power board (01-370) through the grommet (01-240).
4 Apply a layer of adhesive material (M38B) on the thread of the screws (01-380)
and (01-390).
5 Attach the power board (01-370) to the drain (01-430A) with three screws (01-380),
six screws (01-390), fifteen washers (01-400) and six nuts (01-410).
6 Torque the screws (01-380) and (01-390) to the specified value (Ref. TASK
21-22-91-820-802-A01).
(g) For PNR 00001059 Amdt C
Attach the grommet (01-240) to the drain (01-430B) with two screws (01-250) and

two washers (01-260).
2 Torque the screws (01-250) to the specified value (Ref. TASK 21-22-91-820-802-A01).
3 Put the power board (01-370) and the six insulators (01-420) in position in the
drain (01-430B).
NOTE: Put all the wires of the power board (01-370) through the grommet (01-240).
4 Apply a layer of adhesive material (M38B) on the thread of the screws (01-380)
and (01-390).
