Sequential playback from the first track or chapter

Open the tray and place a disc

÷ Each press pauses and plays the disc alternately.
÷ With some VCD discs, return to the menu screen is
done with Pause at the time of P.B.C. ON.

To skip To skip
backward forward
÷ The tracks or chapters in the direction the dial is rotated are skipped,
and the selected track or chapter will be played from the beginning.
÷ When the jog dial is rotated a little in the direction of
counterclockwise once during playback, the track or chapter
being played will be played from the beginning.

Press the STEP key during playback

÷ Each time the key is pressed, a new frame will appear.
÷ No sound is heard during STEP mode.
÷ Press 6 key to resume normal playback.

÷ The tray opens when the key is pressed and closes
when the key is pressed again.

÷ Depending on the disc, playback may start automatically.
To change the disc of another tray dur-
ing playback, do the following.
1 Press the DISC CHANGE key.
2 Set the disc.
3 Press the DISC CHANGE key to close the tray.
The disc being played back remains as it is, while
the other discs can be exchanged.

÷ Press the 7 key twice to cancel playback.
÷ Pressing the 7 key once during playback stops it and the
position where it is stopped is stored in memory. When you
press the 3 key the next time, playback restarts from the
position where it was stopped.
High-speed search in forward and reverse
directions

÷ Each time the DISC SKIP key on the remote is pressed,
the unit skips to the next disc and playback starts.
÷ When no disc is set in a tray, the unit skips to the next tray.
