ATTENTION:
The recommended spacing between the CN100 modules and

the cabinet door is 30 mm.
Always tighten screws to proper torque settings.

Screw to fix Controller: 0.7 ~ 0.8Nm
l
RS485 terminal: 0.5 ~ 0.6Nm
l
Power input cable: 0.5 ~ 0.6Nm
l

Mounting a Controller on dinrail

When the redundant controller is used alone, perform the following
steps to mount CN100 Controller.
1.
Mount the CN100 Controller IOTA onto the DIN(TH35-7.5) rail.
2. Insert the DIN rail hook to attach the IOTA to the DIN rail.
3. Insert the CN100 Controller onto IOTA making sure that the
Controller matches properly with the IOTA connector.
4.
Secure the CN100 controller to the IOTA with two screws located
at each side of the metal cover
5.
Insert the NAM onto IOTA making sure that the NAM matches
properly with the IOTA connector.
6.
Secure the NAMs to the IOTA with clockwise rotary button lock at
right side of the module.
7. Secure the IOTA to the DIN rail with DIN rail stops.

Mounting a Controller on CCA

When the redundant controller is used, perform the following steps to
mount CN100 Controller on a CCA.
The CN100 Controller consists of an Input/Output Terminal Assembly
(IOTA) board and the controller module which is housed within a
plastic cover and is mounted onto the IOTA board. The Controller
assembly is installed in a control cabinet on vertically-mounted
channels specifically for Series C control hardware. The following
figure shows the features of the CN100 Controller IOTA board.
