InstrumentNet setup
Instrument Net sensor ID
Enter the Instrument Net device ID for the Instrument Net sensor connected to this input. If the sensor is
an MJK Expert™ 7060/7070 Level transmiter, the standard ID is 250.
If more than one Instrument Net sensor is connected to this Chatter™ Data Logger, the Instrument Net
device Ids must be unique.
Instrument Net reg. address
Enter the address corresponding to the value you want from this Instrument Net sensor. If the sensor is an
MJK Expert™ 7060/7070 Level transmiter, the pressure measurement is in Instrument Net register
address 2, the temperature measurement is in Instrument Net register address 8.
Value data type
Select the value data type to match the data supplied by the sensor connected to this input. If the sensor is
an MJK Expert™ 7060/7070 Level transmiter, the standard value data type is 32 bit floating point.

Select the value data layout to match the data supplied by the sensor connected to this input. If the sensor
is an MJK Expert™ 7060/7070 Level transmiter, the standard value data layout is Normal.

Baud rate
Select the communication speed to match the sensor connected to this input. If the sensor is an MJK
Expert™ 7060/7070 Level transmiter, the standard baud rate is 9600.
Parity
Select the parity to match the sensor connected to this input. If the sensor is an MJK Expert™ 7060/7070
Level transmiter, the standard parity is None.
