1-7. TO SET BCD OUTPUT

For details of functions, see "4" in the INSTRUCTION MANUAL.
To set the data output logic, polarity logic (negative polarity), and EOC logic, go to the FUNCTION SELECTING
mode [F-11].

1-8. BCD SIGNAL TIMING

To read the BCD data, POL (negative polarity) data, and OVER data by using the EOC data (negative logic) , read the
data within 1/2 (msec) from the falling edge ("H " → "L").
To read data after holding the BCD data, make sure the BCD Hold input signal is "L (ON)." Then read the data 5 msec
or later. The BCD data does not vary when the BCD Hold input signal is "L (ON)."
Delay time
Delay time between input and BCD output = (Delay time between input and D/A output) + (BCD conversion time)
Delay time between input and D/A output: Max. 12msec
BCD conversion time: Max. 4 msec (The number of outputs: 125 times/sec)

0: 125 times/sec. (initial value)
1: 62.5 times/sec.
2: 31.3 times/sec.
3: 15.6 times/sec.
(2) Data Output Logic

1: Positive logic
(3) EOC logic
0: Negative logic (initial value)
1: Positive logic
(4) Polarity logic
0: Negative logic (initial value)
1: Positive logic
Select and change values in items (1), (2), (3) and (4) and
press the SET key.
