OPERATION Cabinet Layout REFRIGERATED CABINETS OPERATION Self Service This open front cabinet is designed for the display of chilled food items or Cabinet drinks. Cabinets are available either with curved fronts, or in square format. Sliding glass doors are fitted to the rear of the cabinet. The cabinet is fitted with three shelves, and items may also be placed on the base tray.
Controls cont. REFRIGERATED CABINETS - OPERATION Temperature The controller regulates the cabinet Controller temperature and controls the automatic defrost cycles. The display indicates the internal temperature of the cabinet. On integral condenser cabinets, the refrigeration gas pressure is also monitored, to protect the compressor from damage resulting from a blocked radiator or loss of gas.
Preparation cont. REFRIGERATED CABINETS - OPERATION Shelf To move the shelf support brackets, remove the rear sliding doors and then Adjustment remove all the shelves. Using two people, one on each bracket, slide the bracket upwards and disengage it from the support pillar. Insert the bracket in the new position and push it down firmly.

Product should be kept clear of the lightened areas, shown in the picture. A minimum clearance of 40 mm should be maintained below the shelves and the top air vane.
Operating Routines REFRIGERATED CABINETS OPERATION After Hours Ideally, cabinets should not be turned off after hours or at night. Products can either be left in the cabinet or placed in night storage. Shut the cabinet doors and turn off the lights. The cabinet will then operate on minimum load, and stay cold, ready for instant operation when next required.

Exterior REFRIGERATED CABINETS CLEANING Metal Surfaces Stainless steel or aluminium surfaces should be cleaned with hot soapy water.
Interior REFRIGERATED CABINETS CLEANING Internal Glass The internal glass surfaces can normally be cleaned after the shelf trays have been removed. The shelf lights are connected with plugs and sockets, enabling the complete shelf assemblies to be removed. Only remove the lights, shelf brackets and rails when carrying out longer term maintenance.

Mandatory Cleaning Routines REFRIGERATED CABINETS CLEANING Warning It is mandatory to have the radiator fins cleaned periodically, by a refrigeration engineer. (see Servicing section). To maintain optimum performance, cleaning must be regular and thorough. It is recommended that a schedule of cleaning operations be established. Failure to carry out routine cleaning/servicing schedules will void the warranty on the refrigeration equipment.

Test Lighting Before replacing an LED strip, check that the power supply is working. Components If there is no dc voltage at the output, the power supply should be replaced. If there is a dc output, the LED strip must be replaced.
