    OPERATION Cabinet Layout VISAIR CABINETS OPERATION Self Service These open front cabinets are designed for the display Cabinets of hot pre-cooked food. Some models have rear loading doors. The cabinets are fitted with two or three shelves, and items may also be placed on the base tray. Radiant heating elements are incorporated into the ceiling and shelves, to achieve uniform product temperatures.
