OPERATION Cabinet Layout HEATED CABINETS OPERATION Self Service This open front cabinet is designed for the display of Cabinet hot food items. Sliding glass doors are fitted to the rear of the cabinet, for easy loading. The cabinet is fitted with three shelves, and items may also be placed on the base tray.

Power Supply HEATED CABINETS INSTALLATION Power Supply The cabinet is supplied with a three-core Connection mains lead, with phase, neutral and earth conductors, fitted with a three-pin plug. The mains lead is terminated on a connection block, mounted on the base chassis. Before connecting to the power supply, check that the local supply is correct to that shown on the rating label on the rear of the cabinet.
