Wetted Section Reassembly

1. See the Wetted Section Disassembly, page 22.
2. Install the pneumatic spool rod drive. Apply purple
thread locker to fasteners. Torque the fasteners to
67-70 in-lb (7.5-7.9 N•m).
3. Repeat for the other side.
4. Install the guide rods. Refer to the Wetted Section
Rebuild on page 25 for details on the spool valve
and metering rod assembly.

5. Install the drive assembly to the guides.
6. Attach the front plate to the serial number side of the
metering body.
7. Install the cap head screws to the back plate.
8. Slide the connecting block down until the rod heads
are inserted into the retaining plate keyway.
9. Slide the metering rod retaining plate to the locked
position.

10. Tighten the set screw located on top of connecting
block until it contacts the top of the metering rod
head. Evenly torque the A and B set screws to
4-8 in-lb (0.45-0.9 N•m).
11. Manually move the connecting block up and down
to insure the rods are properly installed.
