Spool Valve Rebuild

1. Perform the Wetted Section Disassembly, page
22.
2. Remove the two cap screws.
3. Disassemble the spool cylinder.
4. Remove the piston from the cylinder.

5. Install the new u-cup seal on the piston.
6. Insert the new o-ring into the spool air cylinder end
7. Install the proximity switch.
8. Apply Krytox or a compatible lubricant to cylinder.

9. Insert the piston into the cylinder with the u-cup lip
10. Being careful not to cut the o-ring, install the pneu-
11. Install the two cap screws.
12. Repeat for the opposite side pneumatic spool rod
cap.
