When an error occurs during operation, an error code will be sent through Modbus. You can refer to the
following table of error codes to see the causes of the errors.

Slave device failure
Description
Incorrect function code
Incorrect data address to read or write
Incorrect data format (e.g., data length)
Salve cannot execute the command.
