ERROR LOG display: JAM PASS ON
Detection sensor: Paper pass sensor
Contents:
The printing paper stays in the paper pass sensor detection area although the paper is
transported.
Possible cause:
1. Printing paper is jammed.
2. The roller to transport the printing paper is contaminated or worn, or the peripheral
area of roller is defective.
3. A stepping motor or driving block is defective, so paper is not fed correctly.
(Refer to "4-2. Motor Control".)
4. The paper pass sensor or the harness is defective. (LE-350 board, SE-932 board)

ERROR LOG display: JAM EDGE OFF
Detection sensor: Paper edge sensor
Contents:
The printing paper does not reach the paper edge sensor although the paper is
transported.
Possible cause:
1. Printing paper is jammed.
2. The roller to transport the printing paper is contaminated or worn, or the peripheral
area of roller is defective.
3. A stepping motor or driving block is defective, so paper is not fed correctly.

4. The paper edge sensor or the harness is defective. (LE-351 board, SE-933 board)

ERROR LOG display: JAM EDGE ON
Detection sensor: Paper edge sensor

1. Printing paper is jammed.
2. The paper edge sensor is dirty.
3. The roller to transport the printing paper is contaminated or worn, or the peripheral
area of roller is defective.
4. A stepping motor or driving block is defective, so paper is not fed correctly.

Detection sensor: Paper FG sensor
Contents:
The paper FG sensor cannot detect the specified number during paper transport.
Possible cause:
1. Printing paper is jammed.
2. The roller to transport the printing paper is contaminated or worn, or the peripheral
area of roller is defective.
3. A stepping motor or driving block is defective, so paper is not fed correctly.

4. The paper FG sensor or the harness is defective. (SE-935 board)
