3. Turn the power switch to the OFF position.
4. Disengage the PROFLOW 3 belt buckle and remove the belt and
blower assembly. See FIGURE 13.
5. Complete termination of use of the PROFLOW 3 Respirator in ac-
cordance with the OPERATING AND MAINTENANCE Instructions
provided with the respirator.
DISPOSAL OF THE PROFLOW FH22 HOOD
1. Thorough decontamination must be performed in accordance with es-
tablished procedures of the using employer or agency.
2. After decontamination and termination of use, handle the PROFLOW
FH22 Hood with care. Residual contaminant may be present. PROFLOW
FH22 Hood must be handled as a contaminated or potentially contami-
nated object.
3. The PROFLOW FH22 Hood is intended for a single use. Dispose of the
used hood according to the procedures defined by your respiratory pro-
tection program and in accordance with federal, state, and local
environmental regulations.
STORAGE
Store new, unused hoods in their sealed packages between 14° F and 122°
F (-10° C and 50° C) at less than 75% humidity.

CONTAMINATED HOODS PROPERLY
MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR
DEATH.
