1 (MONI-ON) Turns on or off the character MIX function
of SDI monitor output (3, 4).
OFF: Normal SDI monitor output.
ON: Forcibly turns on characters and marker
of SDI monitor output (3, 4).
Settings are for each DRX-9 board.
